Ingedients

  1. 3 taco shells (hard or soft)

  2. 150 g roasted turkey (sliced or shredded)

  3. ½ ripe avocado (sliced)

  4. 50 g mushrooms (sautéed with a little oil)

  5. 50 g cherry tomatoes (sliced)

  6. 30 g lettuce (finely chopped)

  7. Extra virgin olive oil

  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the mushrooms: Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the sliced mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper until soft and golden.

  2. Warm the tacos: Heat the taco shells in the oven or a pan to make them crispy or warm.

  3. Assemble the tacos:

  • Add a base of shredded or sliced roasted turkey.

  • Layer with avocado slices and sautéed mushrooms.

  • Top with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and a drizzle of Mexican hot sauce.


    4.Serve and enjoy: Place the tacos on a plate and serve immediately to enjoy them fresh and crispy.
