  1. 2 eggs

  2. 50 g whole wheat flour

  3. 50 ml milk

  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  5. 50 g fresh blueberries

  6. 50 g strawberries (sliced)

  7. 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  8. Butter (for cooking)

Directions

  1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add whole wheat flour, milk, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

  2. Add the blueberries: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

  3. Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan with butter. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat until the batter is finished.

  4. Plate and garnish: Arrange the pancakes on a plate, top with sliced fresh strawberries, and drizzle with honey.

  5. Serve and enjoy: Your protein pancakes are ready to be enjoyed warm.
