Protein Banana Waffle

1 egg
2 tablespoons oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/2 banana, mashed
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon water or milk (any type)
Cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, egg, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the oat flour, baking powder, and a splash of water or milk. Mix until well combined.
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it if needed.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until golden and set.
Remove carefully and place on a plate.

Sliced strawberries 🍓
Sliced bananas 🍌
A drizzle of Greek yogurt or a small spoon of peanut butter (optional)
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
