Ingedients

  1. 100 g all-purpose flour

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 100 ml milk (skimmed dairy or plant-based)

  4. 1 tsp baking powder

  5. honey

  6. A pinch of salt


Directions

  1. Mix flour, protein powder, egg whites, whole egg, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

  2. Cook 4 waffles in a hot, lightly greased waffle maker.

  3. Top them:

    1 with chocolate protein spread + strawberries

    2 with avocado + egg

    1 with Greek yogurt + blueberries + pistachios

  4. Serve warm or take them on the go!
