100 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
100 ml milk (skimmed dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp baking powder
honey
A pinch of salt
Directions
Mix flour, protein powder, egg whites, whole egg, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Cook 4 waffles in a hot, lightly greased waffle maker.
Top them:
1 with chocolate protein spread + strawberries
2 with avocado + egg
1 with Greek yogurt + blueberries + pistachios
Serve warm or take them on the go!
