Directions
cook the rice
rinse the rice under running water until the water runs clear. cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly.prepare the vegetables and mango
thinly slice the cucumber and carrot into rounds. dice the mango and finely slice the red onion.prepare the salmon
make sure the raw salmon is very fresh. cut it into small pieces or gently mince it with a sharp knife.assemble the poke bowl
place the cooked rice in a bowl as the base. arrange the cucumber slices, carrot slices, mango, red onion, and raw salmon on top of the rice, keeping them separate for a colorful presentation.final seasoning
drizzle with soy sauce and a little sesame oil. if desired, garnish with sesame seeds.serve and enjoy
