Directions
Prepare the base: Wash the lettuce and place it on a plate.
Cook the rice: Rinse the rice, cook it in salted water, then drain and let it cool.
Cook the shrimp: Peel and cook the shrimp with olive oil and salt.
Assemble the bowl: Place the rice on the lettuce, add halved tomatoes, and top with shrimp. Decorate with olives and lemon wedges.
