Ingedients
Whole grain bread
Fresh arugula
Mozzarella
Prosciutto crudo
Cherry or datterino tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano and various spices
Directions
1.Prepare the ingredients:
Wash and dry the arugula.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half or into rounds.
Drain the mozzarella and slice it thinly.
2.Assemble the sandwich:
Cut the whole grain bread in half (if not already sliced).
Place a layer of arugula on the bottom half of the bread.
Add the slices of mozzarella on top of the arugula.
Lay the slices of prosciutto crudo on top of the mozzarella.
Finish with the sliced tomatoes.
3.Season:
Sprinkle with oregano or Mediterranean herbs of your choice.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt, if necessary.
4.Serve:
Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread and serve immediately to enjoy the freshness of the ingredients.
