Chicken breast

Greek yogurt
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Grill the chicken and slice it thinly..
Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, salt,garlic and pepper to make the sauce.
Assemble the toast, chicken, tomato, lettuce, and yogurt sauce.
Close the toast and heat it in a pan with butter or toaster if desired.
