Avo Egg&Salmon Toast

whole grain bread
avocado
smoked salmon
eggs
grated parmesan
salt
black pepper
Directions
toast the whole grain bread until crispy
cook the eggs as you like
mash the avocado with a fork and add salt and pepper
spread the avocado over the toasted bread
add the smoked salmon
place the eggs on top
sprinkle with grated parmesan
add extra pepper if you like and serve immediately
