200 g of frozen acai pulp
1 banana (half for the smoothie, half for decoration)
50 ml of milk
1 green apple (thinly sliced)
Fresh blueberries
Goji berries
Sliced almonds
Chia seeds, for garnish
Directions
Prepare the açaí base:
In a blender, add frozen açaí pulp, half a banana, and plant-based milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more plant-based milk, one tablespoon at a time.Pour into the bowl:
Transfer the açaí base into a bowl.Decorate the bowl:
Arrange the green apple slices, remaining banana rounds, fresh blueberries, and goji berries on top of the açaí base.
Add sliced almonds and a sprinkle of chia seeds.Serve:
Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy this colorful, nutritious bowl.
