150g steak (sirloin or your choice)
150g potatoes (white or sweet, diced)
2 eggs (fried)
50g cherry tomatoes (halved)
Butter (for cooking)
Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste
Indicazioni
Cook the potatoes: In a non-stick pan, heat butter and sauté the diced potatoes until golden and crispy (about 10–12 minutes). Season with salt and herbs.
Cook the steak: In the same or separate pan, heat the remaining oil and cook the steak to your preferred doneness (medium-rare suggested, about 3–4 minutes per side). Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Fry the eggs: In a small pan or next to the steak, fry the two eggs sunny-side up or as preferred with some butter.
Add cherry tomatoes: Lightly sauté or serve them raw for freshness.
Plate everything together and enjoy your protein-packed, colorful “Power Plate.”
