  1. 200 g frozen strawberries\blueberries

  2. 150 g plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)

  3. 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

  4. A pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

  5. 1–2 tbsp milk

    Optional additions:

  1. 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (for richness & extra fats)

  2. A few dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (topping)

  3. Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Indicazioni

  1. Blend:
    Add the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk only if necessary to help blend.

  2. Texture tips:
    If you want a soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
    For a firmer, scoopable ice cream, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours.

  3. Serve:
    Scoop into a bowl and top with dark chocolate chips, a drizzle of honey, or almond butter. Garnish with fresh mint if you like.
