Ingredienti
200 g frozen strawberries\blueberries
150 g plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
A pinch of salt (enhances flavor)
1–2 tbsp milk
Optional additions:
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (for richness & extra fats)
A few dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (topping)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Blend:
Add the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk only if necessary to help blend.Texture tips:

For a firmer, scoopable ice cream, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours.Serve:
