  • 2 fette di pane integrale o ai cereali

  • 1 banana matura (tagliata a rondelle)

  • 2 cucchiai di burro d’arachidi (meglio se naturale)

  • 50 g di mirtilli freschi

  • un pizzico di cannella.

Indicazioni
