2 eggs
fresh spinach
cherry tomatoes (red or yellow, halved)

Indicazioni
Prepare the spinach and tomatoes: Wash the fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes. Arrange the spinach as a base on a plate and cut the tomatoes in half, placing them on top of the spinach.
Cook the eggs: In a non-stick pan, heat a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them over medium heat until reaching the desired consistency (fried or scrambled eggs). Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
